Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Project ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team in Hobart. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for delivering major infrastructure projects from inception to completion.This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong technical background in civil engineering, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  1. Become a technical focal point and provide guidance on project delivery, risk management, and quality assurance.
  2. Apply engineering fundamentals to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
  3. Liaise with clients, design teams, and other stakeholders to deliver practical solutions and meet project objectives.
  4. Manage project resources, including personnel, budgets, and schedules, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  5. Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in structural design and project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor of Civil/Structural Engineering or higher degree.
