Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance professional to lead quality excellence in major energy infrastructure projects.

This role requires expertise in establishing and implementing comprehensive quality frameworks, ensuring compliance with international standards, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and embed project-wide quality frameworks from the ground up.
  • Lead quality planning and assurance across design, manufacturing, fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
  • Establish inspection/test strategies and oversee third-party QA/QC teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian and international standards including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
Requirements
  • Proven success establishing and leading quality management frameworks in major energy infrastructure projects.
  • Experience working with principal contractors where formal quality processes were initially absent.
  • Expertise in guiding teams of QA/QC professionals, both internal and external.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to bring contractors, engineers, and regulators into alignment.
