Disability Support Role

We are seeking individuals to join our dedicated team providing high physical support for people with complex mental health, intellectual, and physical disabilities.

About the Job

  • This is a casual role supporting clients with complex needs including personal care, safe manual handling, and hoists.
  • You will work closely with clinical teams and site managers to best support clients' needs.
  • Your key responsibilities will be encouraging capacity building, promoting choice and control, and participating in clients' day-to-day routines, goals, and interests.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Must have regular access to their own car and a P2 NSW Drivers Licence or higher.
  • Flexible availability across a 24/7 roster, including mornings, afternoons, active/sleepover nights.
