Support Workers for People with Complex Needs

We are currently seeking a Casual Disability Support Worker to join our team in Noble Park.
Saturday 3pm to 10pm every week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and care to clients with complex behaviours and autism.
- Assist clients with daily living tasks including personal care and household duties.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Build positive relationships with clients their families and other support networks.
- Administer medication and monitor participants vital signs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Cert III and IV in Disability Support or equivalent qualifications.
- Previous experience working with clients who have complex behaviours and autism.
- Compassionate and patient approach to client care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility with availability to work varying shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
