Job Title: Land Access Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Land Access Coordinator to join our project team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing specialist technical support and advice regarding land access and statutory approvals during the design, construction, and operations phases of major projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Building and maintaining relationships with project staff and diverse stakeholders.
  • • Analysing land access and environmental risks associated with proposed designs.
  • • Assisting in resolving queries, objections, complaints, and issues relating to land access.

This role requires experience in a similar position within a construction, infrastructure, or telecommunications organisation involved in major projects. A working knowledge of land access processes under Schedule 3 of the Telecommunications Act would be highly regarded, as is previous experience in understanding and interpreting legislation.

A tertiary qualification in Telecommunications, Business, Environmental Science, Town Planning, or equivalent experience would be desirable. Most importantly, you must have full Australia working rights.
