We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Land Acquisition Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for expediting and managing property acquisition processes for major infrastructure projects in NSW.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years' experience in project management and land acquisitions, with a tertiary degree in Civil engineering, Estate or Property management. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to develop strategies and management plans for the negotiation and acquisition of all necessary easements and other land access rights.

A collaborative, positive and energetic approach is essential for this role, as the successful candidate will work closely with internal land acquisition teams, consultants and external stakeholders to streamline and refine land acquisitions in advance of construction.
