About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Employee Communications Specialist to join our Corporate Affairs team at REA Group Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of strategic communications initiatives that drive business outcomes and enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute internal communications plans to support business objectives, including employee engagement, change management, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and disseminate compelling content, including newsletters, intranet articles, and virtual townhalls.
  • Provide communications support for key business initiatives, such as employee surveys, recognition programs, and company-wide announcements.
  • Identify and showcase REA stories and employee experiences that demonstrate our company values and strategy in action.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in internal communications, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication channels and formats.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders, subject matter experts, and employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of communications initiatives.
