Job Summary

The EAP Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service, ensuring alignment with organizational, professional standards, and ethical guidelines. This role involves managing the Business Support Team, client relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational interface between the Business Support Team and other teams.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and management to the Business Support Team.
  • Support key stakeholders, including the Chief of People, Operations Manager, and Financial Controller.
  • Participate in the management team responsible for coordinating critical incidents.

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage complaints and grievances related to EAP service provision.
  • Deliver EAP reports electronically, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Track and adhere to all client KPIs.
  • Ensure adherence to all contractual arrangements and service delivery requirements.
  • Deliver EAP reports via presentations, typically quarterly.
  • Run regular meetings with clients.

Business Development

  • Enhance recognition and increase uptake of BSS' services within existing and potential client groups.
  • Identify opportunities for future BSS product development.

About BSS Employee Assistance

BSS Employee Assistance provides services to approximately 200 clients across Australia, supporting approximately 100,000 employees and their immediate family members.
