Job Title:

People and Culture Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic People and Culture Manager to deliver high-performance outcomes for business leaders. This generalist role will support key initiatives and build trusted relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute people plans that align with business strategic goals.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and legally compliant advice on employee relations issues.
  • Design and implement Talent and Organisational Design strategies to ensure efficient structures.
  • Lead change management initiatives and design successful change programs.
  • Support industrial relations activities to negotiate strategic and commercially viable outcomes.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to advise on remuneration guidance and budgets.
  • Contribute to workforce planning to optimise efficiencies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a complex business environment.
  • Experience in culture, DEI programs, and project delivery.
  • Knowledge of change and talent management principles.
  • Understanding of ER/IR legislation and unionised environments.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
