- Design and implement comprehensive talent development strategies to grow and develop diverse talent pools.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify critical talent gaps and develop solutions.
The Area Talent, Culture, and Inclusion Manager drives initiatives that enhance employee engagement, strengthen organisational culture, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as competitive advantages.
Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain talent review processes that identify high-potential employees and future leaders.
- Support the development and drive Talent initiatives that promote and align with APMEA South's ambition and continually meet the needs of the organisation's strategic plan and long-term talent goals.
- Lead and shape the Build, Buy, Borrow Talent Framework for the areas.
This role requires an HR professional with a tertiary qualification and 5+ years of proven track record in HR or Talent. The ideal candidate will think strategically and have problem-solving capability, excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
