New Role and Responsibilities

This opportunity is for students currently studying an IT-related degree, diploma or certification. We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to be the primary contact for customer inquiries and technical issues related to corporate IT systems.

  • Provide first-line IT support to end-users in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Log and manage user incidents, services, and access requests.
  • Account maintenance (password resets, account unlocks, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and telecommunication issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and maintain user communication.

Along with your education and any practical experience, we value individuals who use their initiative and seek to understand the business and develop relationships based on respect.

  • Currently studying an IT-related degree, certification, or diploma with 18-24 months remaining.
  • Experience in a customer-centric role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, InTune, and all Windows operating systems.
  • Awareness of ITIL best practice methodology.
