Occupational Rehabilitation Career Starter Program

This program provides a unique opportunity to launch your career in occupational rehabilitation.

As an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, or Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will have the chance to work with a talented team and develop your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The 12-month program includes industry-leading mentorship, training, and ongoing support to help you grow professionally and personally. You will have exposure to various working styles, develop your clinical skills, and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, case management services, and supporting individuals to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge.

You will also participate in regular check-ins, supervision sessions, and access to professional development opportunities to ensure your success and growth throughout the program.
