The Role
  • Deliver assessments and counselling to people adapting to a sudden change in career goals and circumstances
  • Conduct assessments to guide people toward new career paths
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive client outcomes
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs to assist injured employees to return to the workforce
