Proposal Writer

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to create high-quality tenders, EOIs and proposals that showcase our depth of service, innovation and people-first approach.

About the Role
  • Craft compelling narratives that translate complex clinical, operational and technical content into customer-focused responses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and bring proposals to life.
  • Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines with precision and professionalism.
  • Maintain a library of content, including service descriptions, case studies and response templates.
  • Evaluate and refine proposals to ensure consistency, quality and compliance.
About You
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience writing and managing tender, EOI or proposal responses is required.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality submissions for government or enterprise customers.
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and evaluation criteria is essential.
  • Excellent written communication and editing skills, with a focus on structure, clarity and strategy.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines, coordinate inputs across stakeholders and work independently.
