About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Analyst to join our Data Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing 2nd level application/systems support for our Data analytics platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd level application/systems support for the Data analytics platform
  • Ensure systems uptime meets set SLAs
  • Ensure our data, reporting, and analytics platform are efficiently managed, including upgrades, patching, backup, and disaster recovery
  • Maintain the integrity, completeness, and accuracy of data on a timely basis. Monitor data pipelines ensuring they operate within acceptable limits, and continuously improve the efficiency, quality, and transparency
  • Continually review and update processes to increase functionality and efficiency
What You'll Need
  • Experienced in Data Analytics, with SQL, Python, and Spark
  • Excellent communication skills with an understanding of financial market systems and enjoy working in a collaborative team
  • A positive go-getter attitude, initiating preventive measures and procedural changes
  • Ability to work cross-functionally reaching across business lines or operating units
  • Presenting knowledge and perform research, making logical analysis, evaluating risks/benefits
  • Recommending alternatives for courses of action and implementing creative solutions to complex problems
  • Understanding of code and how to read code
  • Understanding of the pre-trade life cycle
  • Any exposure to R, Risk, or Compliance within a market industry and pre-trade FX, Commodities/Rates trading activities would be advantageous
