About the Role

This key leadership position ensures equipment is maintained to the highest standards, maximising availability and efficiency for clients while prioritising safety and excellence.

  • Lead a skilled maintenance team to ensure optimal equipment availability in line with project timelines.
  • Oversee on-site service contracts and guarantee all KPIs and service expectations are met.
  • Drive high standards in equipment health, reliability, and asset performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant nationally recognised trade qualification.
  • Mining Supervisor Certifications G1, G8, G9, and G2.
  • Standard 11 Competency.
  • At least 5 years' experience managing heavy equipment maintenance in both workshop and field environments.

In addition, strong technical knowledge of heavy earthmoving equipment commonly used in mining operations, proven ability to manage client relationships and understand operational needs, solid understanding of HSET standards within QLD mining, and strong commercial and financial acumen aligned with project goals and budget targets are essential.
