Job Profile

This role focuses on property management, encompassing a portfolio of industrial sites in the Western Suburbs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for site visits and managing relationships with tenants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain site compliance, manage maintenance schedules, and oversee related documentation.
  • Utilize systems such as My Buildings, NEXUS, MRI, and Microsoft to streamline operations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with subcontractors and tenants through regular communication.
  • Assist in reviewing and assessing documentation for new property acquisitions as needed.
  • Manage work orders and process tax invoices according to delegated authority.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
