About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Portfolio Manager to oversee the management of our diverse property portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our industrial warehouses and strata-titled assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports for the property portfolio.
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to ensure long-term performance and compliance of base building infrastructure.
  • Oversee routine maintenance and manage service contractors to ensure delivery of agreed standards.
  • Review tenant service records and ensure base building assets are maintained in accordance with lease obligations.
  • Establish and implement asset management plans for newly onboarded sites.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and generate detailed reports covering maintenance, condition assessments, and compliance.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in facilities management, preferably across industrial and strata-titled assets.
  • Demonstrated experience in defect management, DLP coordination, and new site onboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle planning and experience setting up asset management plans.
  • Proven ability to manage P&L, contractor performance, and maintenance budgets.
