Job Description

As a Senior Centre Manager, you will oversee the presentation, maintenance and compliance of a portfolio of sites. This includes building and maintaining close relationships with clients and tenants, assisting with leasing and achieving zero-vacancy levels, and preparing contracts, reports, budgets, reconciliations, correspondence and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple sites to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Develop and implement asset strategic plans and marketing strategies
  • Supervise tenancy fit-outs and manage income and expenditure

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience in retail property management or centre management
  • NSW Real Estate Certificate or Licence
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities
  • Excellent organisational and negotiation skills
