Job Description

As a key member of the property team, you will play a critical role in managing a diverse portfolio across iconic parklands. This is an exciting opportunity to work with unique properties and tenants, delivering smart solutions that balance commercial outcomes with community needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage leases and licenses for a range of properties, including assignments and landowner consents.
  • Collaborate with in-house legal on complex matters and prepare high-quality briefing notes.
  • Build and maintain strong tenant relationships through clear communication and a proactive mindset.
  • Navigate legal and compliance processes to ensure effective management of the portfolio.
  • Work independently across multiple parkland sites, with a driver's license required.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and/or significant experience in property portfolio management.
  • Current Australian driver's license and ability to travel to and attend work at any site within the portfolio.
