Supporting the Future

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our team in South Australia.

As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Project Director and other senior project team members. This includes managing their schedules, emails, and diaries, as well as coordinating meetings and events.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day-to-day schedule and email correspondence for the Project Director
  • Coordinating business and client meetings, including scheduling and preparing meeting materials
  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Assisting with onboarding new staff members, including existing Lendlease employees transitioning to the New WCH team
  • Providing secretarial support to the project team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling other administrative tasks

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience working as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Team Assistant, with a proven track record of supporting multiple leaders or teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines
  • Discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
