Dedicated Support Professional

As a Support Worker, you will be part of a dynamic team providing essential support services to individuals with disabilities. Your role will involve working collaboratively to deliver high-quality care and support, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our participants.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and monitor client support plans to ensure effective care delivery.
- Implement a person-centered approach when engaging with clients, prioritizing their needs and preferences.
- Foster professional relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, promoting a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and undergo relevant training to maintain skills and knowledge.
- Work flexible hours, including morning, evening, weekend, and sleepover shifts, to meet the needs of our clients.
- Hold a minimum Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support, or equivalent qualification.
- Obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check clearance.
- Possess current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003 & HLTAID001) and Manual Handling Certificate.
- Hold a valid Driver's License and have working rights in Australia.
