Job Title:

We are seeking a dedicated Disability Support Professional to join our team.

About the Role
  • The successful applicant will provide vital support to individuals with disabilities, fostering community inclusion, delivering personal care, and building meaningful relationships.
  • Foster community inclusion, deliver personal care, and build meaningful relationships with people with disabilities.

This role requires a strong understanding of person-centred practice. If you are committed to supporting people in a way that upholds their rights, choices, and dignity, we want to hear from you

In this position, you will work collaboratively with clients to meet their needs and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans. Our goal is to ensure people with disability have maximum control over their own lives.

Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) for DIS02 role.
  • Enrolled or willing to enrol in Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) for DIS01 role within two years.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • National Police Check issued within six months.
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme Worker Check.
  • Full Australian driver's licence (SA Class C).
  • NDIS Worker Orientation completed.
  • Supporting Effective Communication module completed.
  • Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals module completed.
