HR Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our leaders with day-to-day matters, including end-to-end recruitment, drafting contracts, answering HR queries, training and development, providing industrial instrument advice, and reporting and compliance.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about people and workplace culture. You will be responsible for working under the guidance of both a HR Advisor and Senior HR Business Partner, gaining exposure to the healthcare industry and a nursing enterprise agreement.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a tertiary qualification in Human Resources (preferred) and have proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should have experience in customer service or administration, with a focus on delivering exceptional support, and be proficient in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (preferred)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
