We are seeking an enthusiastic customer service professional to join our team based in Adelaide on a permanent full-time basis.
This role reports directly to the Customer Service Team Lead and will see you utilise your awesome customer service experience to build customer relationships, work with technicians on scheduling and make outgoing calls to customers to promote our products and services.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Maintaining customer satisfaction, loyalty and responding to customer queries related to their bookings in an effective manner.
- Proactively making outbound calls to our existing customers to promote our products and services
- Demonstrating excellent customer service skills, including active listening and empathy, to provide a high level of customer service and act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail while scheduling appointments for residential customers
- Converting incoming enquiries into sales opportunities using excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets while working as a team and independently.
- Multi-tasking and attending to ad-hoc jobs as and when they arise.
- Documentation of all relevant information on our CRM system to provide clear instruction for field technicians.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases by ensuring customer information is up-to-date and compliant.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience working in a call centre environment
- Demonstrated experience in phone sales and converting enquiries into sales
- Capability of working with multiple web-based databases and email programs.
- Proficiency in verbal and electronic communication
- Able to work calmly under pressure while multi-tasking.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment to support fellow colleagues.
- Professional, reliable and punctual.
- Accuracy in data entry.
