Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with a passion for real estate and client service? We're seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join our team.

  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, P&L analysis, and variance commentaries.
  • Prepare journal entries and manage outgoings reconciliations, budgets, and wash-ups across a portfolio of assets.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for financial reporting matters.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Support audits, system enhancements, and new asset transitions.
  • Assist the Portfolio Director with portfolio analysis and client-related projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • CPA/CA qualification (or currently studying towards it) preferred.
  • Proficiency in MRI/Yardi property accounting platforms.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
