Job Opportunity: Financial Reporting and Compliance Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Reporting and Compliance Specialist to join our team during a transformative growth phase. This role involves working closely with the Financial Controller and CFO to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, as well as maintaining compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have broad, generalist experience as a Senior Accountant or Finance Manager and be qualified as a CA/CPA. Prior experience in the property sector is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the audit process, including scheduling and coordinating with external auditors.
- Troubleshoot system errors and make recommendations for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- CA/CPA qualification.
- Broad, generalist experience as a Senior Accountant or Finance Manager.
- Prior experience in the property sector is highly desirable.
