Job Title: Retail Cluster Manager

  • The Retail Cluster Manager oversees retail store operations across Victoria, ensuring each location meets financial targets by identifying opportunities for improvement in service, productivity, and sales performance. The role maintains customer experience and brand presentation standards.
  • Driving sales and business development through tailored seasonal strategies, CRM initiatives, and performance management is central to the position. The Retail Cluster Manager supports store managers in achieving sales KPI's, manages reporting and analysis of results, and provides insights to inform business decisions.
  • The key responsibilities also include focusing on financial accountability, roster management, expense monitoring, and ensuring compliance with stock security and shrinkage procedures. Customer experience is a priority, championing the brand's service benchmarks and building loyalty through VIP programs, personalized styling, and client development activations.
  • Furthermore, the Retail Cluster Manager plays an instrumental role in training and development, ensuring induction, onboarding, and continuous training programs are delivered to empower teams with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.
