The Role:
You will contribute to designing, developing, and implementing reward programs, providing options, guidance, and advice to the business.
You will build relationships with stakeholders within the business and collaborate with leaders, including in delivering annual performance and remuneration reviews.
You will conduct market analysis utilising remuneration surveys and other data points to develop insights for decision making.
You will look for opportunities to design and deliver innovative solutions aligned with business strategy and improving the employee experience.
You will contribute to regulatory compliance activities including implementing requirements.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience in designing and implementing remuneration and reward frameworks and core remuneration activities (e.g. consulting, market analysis).
- A passion and curiosity for the employee experience with demonstrated success in developing and executing end-to-end people solutions in complex environments.
- Collaboration and relationship management experience with stakeholders (including Talent & Culture, business leaders, external vendors, broad employee groups).
- Proven project management and planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to leverage available data to tell a story and develop insights into employee and business needs and behavior.
- Solid knowledge of regulations and laws impacting remuneration with desirable experience in the financial industry and multiple geography remuneration.
- A growth mindset and willingness to proactively seek out opportunities to broaden and deepen your experience and expertise.
- Interest and experience in coaching and developing others, as well as being responsive and flexible in changing environments.
