Support Worker Role

Melbourne, Australia | Support workers required to join our care team for clients across metropolitan Melbourne.


About the Job

We are seeking support workers who can provide in-home and out-of-home support to our clients. Multiple shift types are available, and we prefer support workers who can be flexible to meet the needs of our clients.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Disability, Community Service or Aged Care
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate and CPR
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Fully COVID Vaccinated (Triple vaccinated)
  • Current full Driver's license

Competencies and Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role - Minimum of 6 months relevant experience
  • Previous experience supporting people with disability
  • Demonstrated proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and organise own work/caseload
