**Skilled Support Workers required for our SIL in Croydon**

We are a NDIS registered provider and have an exciting opportunity for experienced and qualified support workers to work in our SIL house based in Croydon Vic.

This is an exciting position for highly skilled support workers to join our team. We are looking for experienced, reliable and caring support workers to join the dream team. You will be supporting 3 of our lovely participants in their brand new modified SIL home.

You will be required to:

- Assist with personal care and transfers (hoist)
- Assist with meal prep
- Assist with community access and in-house activities
- Assist with all aspects of care

You will need to have the mandatory checks a cert 3 related qualification as a minimum with manual handling experience.

Your experience working with people who have dementia / strokes is an advantage and applicants with nursing experience/qualifications will be highly regarded.

We require reliable workers and in turn offer regular long (6 hours plus) shifts on a 24 hour roating roster. We offer excellent pay and working conditions.

You ned to be able to commit to a min of 4 shifts per week roating:
7.00am to 2.00pm

3.00pm to 10.00pm

10.00pm to 6.00am (sleepover)

You will be working in a fast paced environment, close to home providing support and companionship for our residents. We are currently recruiting for a super team so if you would like to be a part of this amazing opportunity and are a team player we would love to hear from you.

Pay: $38.00 - $68.00 per hour

- Certificate I - IV (required)

**Experience**:

- Disability or aged care: 1 year (required)
