We are seeking Disability Support Workers to join our team at VHC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to individuals with disabilities in a variety of settings, including in-home and community. who can understand how to manage dificult behaviours.

You will be working closely with clients and their families to provide personal care, complete household tasks, and facilitate leisure activities, ensuring that each individual's physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

To be considered for this role, it is required that you have a minimum of six months of experience in the field, as well as a Certificate 3 or 4 in Disability or Aged Care.

shifts we have are from 3 hours to 6 hours

**Education**:

- Certificate 3 or 4 in disability or Age care (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 6 months to 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $37.00 - $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work
