Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team. As the lead for food and beverage operations, you will play a key role in ensuring that our outlets deliver exceptional service quality while maintaining efficiency.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Food and Beverage team, driving smooth and efficient performance.
  • Lead by example, motivating and coordinating the team to exceed guest expectations.
  • Monitor rosters and staffing schedules to meet operational requirements, collaborating with the culinary team to support menu implementation.
  • Cultivate a culture of high-quality food and beverage experiences through effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Food and Beverage management within a premium hotel environment.
  • Possession of strong leadership skills, with a focus on people and teamwork.
  • Emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills to drive engagement and motivation among team members.
  • A valid RSA certification in SA (RP Badge is an asset) and Australian National police clearance upon offer.
