Are you a Food and Beverage leader looking for a new challenge? Do you have the skills and expertise to manage food and beverage operations across multiple venues? We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Food and Beverage Duty Manager to join our team in Adelaide.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service across restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. You will supervise, coach, and develop food and beverage staff to deliver service excellence aligned with company standards.

We are looking for a dynamic leader with a strong operational background and a keen eye for detail. You will have excellent communication and team-building skills, with experience in launching or managing events and conferencing an advantage.

You will lead by example, motivating the team to provide exceptional guest experiences, uphold high standards of hygiene and safety, and drive revenue growth through excellent service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day food and beverage operations
  • Supervising and coaching food and beverage staff
  • Handling guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
  • Collaborating with the general manager, front office manager, and kitchen to coordinate service and special events
  • Developing and launching strategic promotions to drive revenue for food and beverage through the year
