Job Opportunity:


We are seeking a skilled Learning Design Specialist to join our team. As a key player in the creation of engaging learning products, you will shape user experiences and help leverage emerging technologies to transform how communities interact.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop high-quality learning materials to support the implementation of European Train Control System (ETCS) Level 2 across the rail network.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and project teams to identify learning objectives and translate complex technical content into clear, learner-friendly materials.
  • Design and deliver blended learning solutions, including facilitated classroom training, interactive self-paced e-learning, and technology-enhanced experiences.

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design and content development, preferably in industries like transport, safety, infrastructure, or regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical content into high-impact, learner-focused training that meets diverse learners' needs while adhering to strict safety and compliance standards.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, Articulate 360, and video editing software such as Vyond.
