Corporate Training Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Corporate Training Specialist to deliver high-quality training sessions that drive employee and customer adoption of our software product suite.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate professional with excellent communication and presentation skills to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.

  • Assist in developing and delivering comprehensive training plans tailored to diverse audiences, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and map training needs, initiate and adapt training curriculum as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, customer interactions, and case management to inform future improvements.
  • Act as subject matter expert within the team, staying up-to-date on the latest product solutions and providing expert guidance to customers and employees.

  • Proven track record of delivering engaging and effective training sessions that meet business objectives.
