We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about learning, capability-building, and supporting teams to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role involves bringing global JD Sports learning programs to life across Australia and New Zealand by tailoring content, delivering engaging sessions, and creating impactful development experiences for our teams.

You will partner with leaders, subject matter experts, and global colleagues to identify learning needs and deliver solutions across a range of formats, from in-person workshops to digital learning. If you have experience facilitating training and helping others grow, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role
  • Facilitate engaging and effective in-person and virtual training sessions across all levels of the organisation
  • Deliver onboarding and induction programs for Retail Managers and Support Office employees
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in key areas (e.g., leadership development, compliance, systems training, etc.)
  • Adapt delivery style and content to suit diverse learning audiences and modalities
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop instructional materials, including slide decks, facilitator guides, participant handouts, and e-learning modules
  • Tailor existing learning content to meet evolving business needs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organisational objectives
