Youth Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to deliver training and assessment aligned with VET and curriculum requirements in the field of Child, Youth and Family Intervention.
- Support student engagement, attendance and outcomes through effective teaching practices
- Maintain accurate and compliant teaching documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching methodologies and student achievements
- Design and deliver inclusive and flexible learning experiences for students
- Develop strong relationships with students and stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- Vocational qualifications and industry skills in Child, Youth and Family Intervention
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
- Experience in teaching and assessing in community services or youth work
- Understanding of ASQA/VET compliance regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
