Leadership Opportunity

The role of Program Director for Youth Development is a key position within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding participants in their spiritual growth, leadership development, and character formation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm registered participants and communicate logistical details to families and participants.
  • Plan and schedule events and activities.
  • Collaborate with other directors to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Facilitate daily and weekly meetings for participants.
  • Develop and implement training programs and Bible studies.
  • Oversee the graduation ceremony process.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and assessments.
