Executive Director of People Strategy and Culture.
About the RoleThis is a key opportunity to shape the future of our people function, driving strategic HR leadership, organisational development, chaplaincy oversight and cultural transformation. You will develop and drive an ambitious People Strategy that champions inclusivity, embeds our Christian ethos, and creates a culture where every individual feels a sense of belonging and purpose.
As Senior Voice for People and Culture, you will work closely with the Board of Trustees, partner with external stakeholders, and represent us within the wider YMCA Federation regionally, nationally, and internationally.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive People Strategy that promotes inclusivity, embeds our Christian ethos, and fosters a culture of belonging and purpose.
- Provide strategic HR leadership, including talent management, succession planning, and organisational development.
- Lead and manage the HR, Shared Services, and Chaplaincy teams, ensuring excellence in employment practice, safeguarding, diversity and inclusion, and workforce development.
- Mentor and coach senior leaders to achieve their full potential, aligning people practices with our mission.
