The Role

As a Senior People and Culture Advisor, you will support our leaders to maximize talent and performance outcomes for their teams while driving the evolution of our people and culture strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders on employee matters including performance, talent, engagement, termination, attendance, and development
  • Investigate grievances and complaints, recommend and manage disciplinary actions as required
  • Develop and implement key people and culture lifecycle activities globally, including performance reviews, salary reviews, KPI development, and more
  • Participate in or lead projects related to people and culture as needed
  • Support the implementation and ongoing monitoring of our Workplace Health and Safety system in ANZ and collaborate with international colleagues to ensure aligned practices globally
