About This Role

The NSW Police Force is one of the largest police forces in the world, with over 20,000 employees.

We are seeking a Culture Strategist to steer the definition, development, implementation and evaluation of our corporate culture and employee engagement strategies to achieve corporate goals and objectives.

The position will consolidate and review existing strategies from across the organisation that impact culture development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing corporate culture and employee engagement strategies;
  • Consolidating and reviewing existing strategies from across the organisation;
  • Leading the development or implementation of workplace culture initiatives within a large or complex organisation;
  • Using data to identify cultural issues and drive change initiatives;
  • Engaging stakeholders and measuring success.

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship;
  • Permanent residency of Australia; or;
  • New Zealand citizenship.
