We have an opportunity for Casual Bar Attendants to join our team at Strike QV in Melbourne VIC. As a Casual Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver memorable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset.
  • Drive sales on every shift - smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement.
  • Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed.
  • Take pride in your venue, making sure it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all times.
  • Own your space and follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe.
  • Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests' needs.
Requirements:
  • You have a passion for being behind the bar and know how to make a mean cocktail.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it
  • Bar experience is a must.
  • Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport.
  • A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults.
  • Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights.
  • A valid RSA certificate is essential.
