Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Partner to deliver exceptional in-home aged care and disability support services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administration skills, time management, prioritising and attention to detail skills. They will be a quick learner, self-motivated and a high achiever who enjoys a challenge and performs well in a fast-paced working environment with team support.

The Care Partner plays an integral role in assisting individualised services being delivered to customers in their homes, ensuring participants can remain living their optimal lives, safely at home for as long as possible.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced computer skills (CRM)
  • Advanced administration skills and organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced working environment
  • Strong skills in prioritising and problem-solving
  • Ability to work in a wellness model – reablement and enablement
  • Demonstrated strengths in teamwork and working autonomously
  • Previous experience in KPIs and working to deadlines
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
  • Current and satisfactory Criminal Record Check
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Registered Nurse
