Job DescriptionWe support over 10,000 residents across residential aged care homes, home care, retirement living, day therapy and day respite centres. As a Registered Nurse with us, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older people and their families.
Your key responsibilities will include providing proactive care that enriches the daily life of our residents, managing care plans that support their holistic needs, and ensuring safe medication administration and accurate documentation.
Key Requirements- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
- Current AHPRA registration (Nursing)
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead, supervise and delegate tasks to PCA/AIN staff
- Ability to quickly learn the AN-ACC funding system attributes and experience providing nursing services in aged care, hospitals or community care settings
