Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated educator to join our team, supporting teaching staff across our Kindergarten and/or Pre-Kindergarten rooms. This is a part-time position with a flexible roster that caters to your needs. The center operates for 48 weeks per year, aligned with educational term dates, and remains open during school holidays. Situated on the Sunshine Coast, our centre provides a nurturing, child-centered learning environment that reflects our strong community values.

Your Role

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:

  • Support Lead Educators in planning and implementing high-quality, child-led programs.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Assist with daily routines, activities, and learning experiences guided by the EYLF, NQF, and NQS.
  • Contribute to the culture of collaboration and care at the centre.
What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care (or currently studying towards).
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Paid Blue Card.
  • Previous experience in an Early Childhood setting.
  • A strong understanding of EYLF, NQF, and NQS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism.
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude, with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
