About the Role

Our ideal candidate is a skilled nurse who embodies compassion and empathy. On a typical day, you'll:

  • Provide medical care and support to our residents.
  • Develop and maintain clinical documentation.
  • Lead by example, inspiring and guiding colleagues to excel.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for everyone.
  • Pursue excellence in every aspect of your work.

You'll be an effective communicator and team player who has previously worked in aged care. You'll also have:

  • A genuine desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
  • Leadership experience in clinical settings.
  • A nursing degree and current registration.
  • Strong documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC standards.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity covering night duty and PM shifts.
