We are seeking an exceptional Centre Manager to lead the initial service set-up, including recruiting and mentoring staff, engaging with community service providers, and overseeing service development.

Your role will be to foster a collaborative environment, promoting teamwork and idea exchange, while ensuring efficient delivery of health and wellbeing services.

You will have a strong background in veteran support, clinical knowledge, or lived experience, and be passionate about supporting veterans and their families in your local community.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work autonomously, and possess financial acumen and administrative capabilities.

You will need to hold a relevant qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Occupational therapy, Nursing, or Counselling, along with management experience, a Working with Children Check, and a current Australian Drivers Licence.
