Claims Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Claims Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and communication skills.
Role OverviewAs a Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing claims from inception to completion. This includes conducting site inspections, assessing damage, and providing clear and accurate advice to clients. You will work closely with clients to deliver a seamless end-to-end claims experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Conducting site inspections to assess damage
- Ascertaining cause and extent of damage
- Appointing trades/other relevant specialists
- Providing clear and accurate advice to clients
- Managing claims from inception to completion
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience as a Claims Specialist (desirable)
- Similar skills in a similar service industry
- Loss Adjusting qualifications preferred
- Professional qualifications applicable to the Loss Adjusting industry
- Trade qualifications
- A current and valid driver's license
