We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Loss Adjuster. In this role, you will play a critical part in assisting individuals who have suffered loss or damage to their properties.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting site inspections, determining the cause and extent of damage, appointing specialists, and providing a seamless end-to-end claims experience for customers.
This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional and excellent service when completing on-site and desktop assessments, interacting with customers and clients.
- Proactively communicate clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes, and claim progress to all stakeholders.
- Clearly document all decisions made and reasons, including ownership details, reserve changes, and acceptance/rejection of claims.
- Prior experience as a Loss Adjuster is desirable; however, if you possess similar skills in a related industry, this will be highly regarded.
- Loss Adjusting qualifications are preferred, or professional qualifications applicable to the Loss Adjusting industry.
- Trade qualifications would be advantageous.
- A current and valid driver's license is required.
